1. What we collect
When you submit a form on this website we collect your name, mobile number, the concern you select, your preferred consultation mode, and any message you type. We also record the time of submission, your IP address, browser type, and campaign parameters (UTM / gclid) that brought you to the site.
2. Why we collect it
- To call or WhatsApp you back about the consultation you requested.
- To keep a record of your enquiry so we do not contact you twice.
- To measure which advertising campaigns bring genuine enquiries (Google Ads and Google Analytics conversion tracking).
3. How it is stored and shared
Your details are emailed to our centre and stored in a protected file on our web server. They are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers we use: Hostinger (hosting and email), Google (Analytics, Ads conversion measurement), WhatsApp / Meta (if you choose to chat on WhatsApp). Google may set cookies to measure ad performance; see how Google uses data.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to understand traffic and conversions. These use cookies or similar identifiers. You can opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
5. Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted, unless you become a client and records are needed for your ongoing consultation.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to view, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing leads@acharyaastrocenter.in or calling +91 73533 11222. We respond within 7 working days.
7. Children
Our services are for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Confidentiality of consultations
Everything you discuss in a consultation stays between you and Shri B H Acharya. Testimonials on this site are published only with client consent, using first names or initials.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
